Hours of business

I generally work PST (Pacific Standard Time).  You can check what time it is in Vancouver here.  Of course, like all enthusiastic business operators I am available 24 hours a day / 7 days per week (24/7).  If you are in Australia, just think, I could complete the work for you while you are sleeping and have it on your virtual desktop when you arrive for work tomorrow morning!

 

Charge rates

I offer the most cost effective option for small to medium sized businesses ensuring you receive the support services you require and deserve.

I charge a minimum of one hour and then in 15 minute increments.

Expenses such as postal and courier costs, photocopies, long distance charges and any purchases made on your behalf, as well as applicable taxes, will be added to your invoice.

I offer special discounted packages for regular client work.

I can provide quotations for larger assignments.

I use PayPal for easy payment of accounts.

I prefer to be paid in Canadian or Australian dollars but will accept other currencies by negotiation Currency converter
